These easy Energy Bites make the perfect healthy snack, made with wholesome steel cut oats, coconut, honey, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Simple & delicious no bake with only 5 ingredient needed. Make a big batch to have them on hand for any occasion!


  • 1 cup quick steel cut oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey


Easy Steel Cut Oatmeal Energy Bites


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together until combined.
  2. Using a small cookie scoop, or your hands, roll into 1″ balls. Or smaller depending on what size you want.
  3. These can be eaten right away or place in the fridge for about an hour.
  4. Store leftovers in the fridge.
