  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onions
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For the dip:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon stone ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dill
