- 2 lbs Flank steak
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 1/2 honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced, for marinating the meat
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger , for marinating the meat
- 1/2 Tbs adobo
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbs corn starch
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 Tbs olive oil
For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs corn starch
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
